3.        Keep a positive outlook in life. Stress can speed up the aging of your cells and increase the risk of having heart disease, so live free from it. A good evidence on this is Psychologist Ellen Langer’d study on elderly participants who were instructed to think as physically capable even at their old age. Results showed that their bodies followed suit as shown in the improvement of their movement, memory, blood pressure, arthritis, sight, and hearing.
